Clamping rails

Beside clamping plates out of cast iron and steel, we also manufature T-Slot rails with different T-Slot sizes according DIN 650. The standard measures are:

  • 14 mm for M12 T-slotted nut
  • 18 mm for M16 T-slotted nut
  • 22 mm for M20 T-slotted nut
  • 28 mm for M24 T-slotted nut
  • 36 mm for M30 T-slotted nut
  • 42 mm for M36 T-slotted nut

We manufacture and supply clamping rails

  • in gray cast in form of casting rails
  • in steel in form of casting rails and welded rail
  • in stainless steel in form of welded rail Edelstahl

for applications in which the requirements for levelness and alignment are not so important.

Possible application:

  • Rotor blade test rig for wind turbines
  • Foundation for static load units

We also deliver the specific T-slot nuts required for these purposes.

Gray cast clamping rail
