...even when demands on work pieces and welding techniques are particularly challenging.

We are specialized in processing steel, stainless steel and aluminum. When working with steel, we are able to process sheets with a thickness of up to 100 mm. All our welding experts are examined by the TÜV in Germany and regularly take part in further training courses and re-examinations. We fulfill the EN ISO 3834-3 norms. Furthermore, we have the license to manufacture pressure tanks/vessels according to AD 2000 leaflet HPO.

In order to assure high welding quality, we employ a welding expert as well as TÜV-trained staff for non-destructive weld inspection and assessment.

We employ the following welding processes:

  • MAG - for all all structural steels and nickel-chromium steels (hand and robotic welding)
  • MIG - for aluminum alloys (hand and robotic welding)
  • WIG - for nearly all materials (hand welding)

Equipment:

  • various MIG/MAG welding machines 400/500A for hand welding stations
  • 9-axial robotic welding equipment MIG and MAG with 10.00 m linear travelling axis and 2 axial manipulator (manufactured by IGM Type RT 330)
  • 6-axial robotic welding equipment and 2 axial manipulator
  • WIG welding equipment
  • Plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment for processing and welding seam preparation.

Service:

With our fully automatic robotic welding equipment we are able to produce work pieces in medium and large quantities at low cost at a constant high quality. Our robot is ideal for welding work pieces with high handling complexity (turning and rotating) and work pieces with long multi-layer seams.
